Friendly Fill-ins

Each Thursday Ellen of 15andmeowing and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs, provide Friendly Fill-in questions.

Ellen came up with the first two questions and Lorianne came up with the last two questions.

If you need help, please let either Ellen or Lorianne know.

Here are this weeks questions:
1. I think ____________ is a waste of money.
2. Lately, I spend a lot of time _____________.
3. ______ is the craziest thing on my bucket list.
4. ______ is a holiday that I’d like to create or see more celebrated.

Here are my answers:
1. I think many things are a waste of money. Credit card fees, banking fees and unused gym memberships. The list is long.
2. Lately, I spend a lot of time procrastinating and goofing off. It’s what I’m good at.
3. Nothing is the craziest thing on my bucket list. I don’t have a bucket list.
4. Kindness year is a holiday that I’d like to create. There is so much hatred and division.

Cute kitty. I agree with #1. I always pay my credit card in full so no interest charges. A few years ago the bank wanted me to change to a different account. I would get benefits for a monthly fee. I refused, why should I pay extra for benefits most of which I would never use! They still contact me now and again trying to persuade me.

    I liked your replies especially #2 and #3 I don’t have a bucket list either just a bucket 🙂 I totally agree with #4

That looks like my daughter’s cat when he was younger. Now he’s a chubby guy.
I agree with there being lots of things that are a waste of money.
No bucket list for me either. I’m such a procrastinator that I would never get around to doing any of the things on it any way.

  4. My GBGV Life says:

Some stats on how many people have gym memberships and never use them would be interesting. Years ago Mom tried a gym 3 times and never used the memberships more than a couple times. She learned from those days and would never join one again. Happy Friday!

_A trip to Galapagos and Sky Diving_____ is the craziest thing on my bucket list.
____Sprinkle Kindness like Confetti__ is a holiday that I’d like to create or see more celebrated.

What a cute kitty! I love your answer for #4. I don’t really have a bucket list either. Great answer for #1 too, especially gym memberships. I’ve bought a few in my lifetime and never used them for the full year. Have a great weekend!

  7. Eastside Cats Blog says:

Do not like the term: I prefer ‘to do’ list.
Visiting New York is at the top of that list; there are art museums to peruse!
Would like to return to England, and spend a month or more there.
Then again, reading allows my mind to travel…

  8. MadSnapper says:

I agree with your waste of money and to me the list is to long to type in a comment. Giant blow up rabbits, santas, pumpkins, that cost hundreds of dollars standing in people yards on holidays. Big Gulp Drinks in a 7/11, my sons favorite place to waste hard cash. I once told him if he wanted a stero in his car, to take the small box I handed him, and each day place to cost of the big gulps in it. he had the money in just a few weeks to pay cash for the stereo, which turned out to be worth more than the car he put it in.. see I told you I could go on, this is one of my hot spots

  9. 15andmeowing says:

Very pretty kitty .Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I love your idea for Kindness. And you deserve to goof off now, you worked hard all your life.Have a wonderful weekend. XO

  10. Rosey says:

That’s a kitty that’s making someone laugh. Little sweetie. I have a mini bucket list. It used to be a lot longer. It’s mostly travel. 🙂

    Here’s mine:
    1. I think my life insurance is a waste of money (it’s only good if I’m teaching, so I need to start looking at something outside of my job for insurance).
    2. Lately, I spend a lot of time enjoying my last little bit of time off of work. 🙂
    3. Travel is the craziest thing on my bucket list (though I don’t really think it’s crazy, it’s just the only thing on my bucket list).
    4. National Teen Day is a holiday that I’d like to create or see more celebrated. Teens get a bad rap, but they’re actually pretty amazing.

    Wishing you a wonderful wekeend!

  11. Pam says:

    Here are this weeks questions:
    1. I think _____TP_______ is a waste of money. (haha) not really but I do look at it as flushing money down the drain!)
    2. Lately, I spend a lot of time ________in front of the tv_____.
    3. __??____ is the craziest thing on my bucket list.
    4. _Thanksgiving_____ is a holiday that I’d like to create or see more celebrated.

  12. DrillerAA says:

Yes, I believe I have mastered the skill of procrastination. Great answers.

I think paying someone to scoop your dog’s poop is a waste of money. If you’re too lazy to take care of your dog…YOU DON’T NEED OR DESERVE A DOG!!!
Lately, I spend a lot of time photographing flowers and butterflies. Looking forward to high schools sports in the fall.
3.Nothing is the craziest thing on my bucket list. I have reached the age where getting up tomorrow morning is on my bucket list.
Christmas and Easter are two holidays that I’d like to create or see more correctly celebrated celebrated.

  13. Marvelous Marv says:

Your Feline Friday Feline is a total cutie! And Sandee, our Mom LOVES your fill-ins! I am a cat in a small village in the middle of nowhere but I believe my happiness is part of something bigger. A happier world comes from bringing happiness to others as well as ourselves. And Sandee, I, Marv, believe that you do bring happiness! Keep being awesome! Marv

  14. UP says:

I think foreign aid is a waste of money.
Lately, I spend a lot of time __napping___.
nothing_ is the craziest thing on my bucket list.
____Thanksgiving__ is a holiday that I’d like to see more celebrated.

  15. Michelle says:

I don’t have a bucket list, either. There are things I would like to do…visit Italy. But, I’m ok if I don’t. I’m enjoying life. Have a great weekend, Sandee.🤗

  16. meowmeowmans says:

That little one is very curious about the photographer. So cute!

I agree with you about #1, Sandee. We have always paid our credit cards in full — no interest fees for us.

    Happy weekend, my friend!
