1. Every July, I look forward to taking cruises on our boat. We’re on one now and today will find us leaving Rio Vista and cruising to Pittsburg (California) with another couple.
2. I could be Snow White’s 8th dwarf named Procrastination.
3. I could use some Italian food right about now. Hope to fix that this weekend. I know a great place to get my favorite Italian dish, Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.
4. I would like to start my own goofing off business. I have no intention of working anymore.

Enjoy your cruising! Mom misses eating all the foods she loves but with time it gets easier to pass them up. Food is no longer something she looks forward to because a plant based diet isn’t fun she says but it should help her stay off meds so she will keep it up. Happy goofing off!
We eat very healthy, but once a year I have my favorite pasta dish. Your mom is doing it right. Tell her I said so. Scritches all around. :).
