Good fill ins. #4 happened to us last year on a cruise last year. Being a week cruise to nowhere we decided against taking formal wear. It turned out we were the most travelled couple onboard and they had the presentation on formal night! We had to make do with smart casual but I think we took more notice than anybody else did. The most travelled was not as impressive as it sounds, the ship was only sailing at 30%!
I’m sure you took notice more than everyone else did. I hate it when I under-dress. Happy weekend, my friend. 🙂
Aww! cute kitty (=⚈ᆽ⚈=)
I liked the fill-ins lol @ #2 👍
Have a sensibletastic weekend and FFS 👍
There’s a real problem with common sense. It’s an epidemic. Happy weekend, Steve. 🙂
What a cute kitty! I like how you sum up your life in one sentence, Miss Sandee!
It’s been a great ride indeed. Life is fabulous. Happy weekend, Miss Molly. 🙂
My cat, who looks a lot like that, is snuggled up right next to me at the moment. 🙂
And yes! to being underdressed. It is very akward.
Here’s mine:
1. I wouldn’t mind being stuck in an elevator with my teen (though I would hate to be stuck in an elevator).
2, Now that the formula shortage is fixed, I wish something could be done about the safety shortage (at schools in particular).
3. If I had to sum up my life in one sentence, it would read as follows: She tried her best and she was happy.
4. Forgetting a student’s name from a few years ago (when he approached me and said, ‘Hi! Do you remember my name?’ is an awkward situation in which I once found myself in (and you feel so bad when it’s clear you can’t remember it. I hope that never happens again).
Have a wonderful day!
Aw on your snuggling kitty. I had a visual. Thanks for doing the fill-ins. Love #3 the best. Happy weekend. 🙂
I don’t think I’d like to be stuck in an elevator alone or with anyone. I’d be climbing the walls trying to get out. I don’t like closed in places. Yeah, something really does need to be done about the common sense shortage but that’s won’t be an easy fix. To sum up my life in one sentence …. She tried to look on the bright when possible even with clouds looming overhead. An awkward situation? Right now I can’t think of one. When you’re not around others much then you don’t really have many awkward moments. 🙂 I enjoyed reading your responses. The kitty is cute, too. Have a nice weekend, my dear!
I wouldn’t like it either, but it would be easier to deal with having hubby there. We don’t go out much either. I don’t mind being a home body. 🙂
#2 is the best the common sense shortage is getting worse and really needs fixing!
It sure does need fixing. Craziness all over the place. 🙂
Epic fill-ins, and I couldn’t think of one for #4, but being underdressed at an event definitely is one I’ve expereinced! Happy Friday and thank you as always for hosting.
It’s not a good feeling and I’ve done it more than once. Happy weekend. 🙂
Very cute kitty. Thanks for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers- especially #2. 🙂 I have done #4 too. Have a nice weekend. XO
Thank you for co-hosting the fill-ins. Always enjoy doing them. Happy weekend, Ellen. 🙂
Those were good answers and such a sweet wee tabby!
I want the tabby. Happy Friday and weekend. 🙂
Hahaha, feels like The Hubby and I have been stuck in an elevator for these past two years…hahahaha!
Being with the Dalai Lama would be enlightening.
Same here. I forgot about that. 🙂
It’s too bad common sense couldn’t be bought at the store.
I hear you. Probably couldn’t get it like baby formula and cat food. 🙂
Amen to #2 fill in. Sandee you do such a good job at fill ins. I never have a thought til I read others. #2 would have been mine too
Hugs Cecilia
Sometimes I draw a blank too. Hug for a happy weekend. 🙂
What a cutie! We totally agree with #4!
I’ve been under-dressed more than once and hated it each time. Not a good feeling. 🙂
I drew a complete blank on #2 but yours is what i would have thought of if I could think. as for the elevator it would have to be a fireman with a ladder who could quickly get us out of the stuck elevator.
Sometimes I draw a blank at the fill-ins. Love your answer to the elevator fill-in. Brilliant. 🙂
Cute kitty. Great fill ins…yes, common sense is definitely in short supply these days. Have a great weekend!
Very short supply. Happy weekend, Yvonne. 🙂
Common sense is sadly an ongoing shortage that will never be solved by the looks of it 😂
Happy Friday, Sandee – I hope you & hubby have a lovely weekend! xx
I fear you’re right about common sense. Sad. Happy Friday and weekend, Caz. 🙂
that kitty cat looks just like my screwball when he was about 5 months old. Love you Fill in answers and Here are my answers:
1) I wouldn’t mind being stuck in an elevator with President Kennedy, he was one of my heroes.
2) Now that the formula shortage is fixed, I wish something could be done about the Common Sence shortage.
3) If I had to sum up my life in one sentence, it would read as follows What a F**KING RIDE!
4) walking out of the showers in my Barracks at Chanute and finding 2 female officers in the corridor between me and my room. talk about changing shades of red!
Give Screwball some love from Zane and I. Thanks for doing the fill-ins. I loved President Kennedy too. 🙂
Beautiful kitty! There is definitely a shortage of common sense! Have a fantastic weekend! 💖
Wonder if it’s a supply chain issue? You have a fantastic weekend too. 🙂
😅
Yes to # 2 answer! Little kitty is thinking up something fun to do.
Wishing you a fun Friday and weekend! <3
You have a fabulous day and weekend, Barbara. 🙂
I wish common sense and common kindness would return. I have a feeling that perhaps they will
We could use both of those. 🙂
Wishing you all the best of my friend!
Wishing you the same, Cloudia. 🙂
You went to an event naked? I do it all the time.
You can get away with it, Kismet. I love you. 🙂
We have to agree….the common sense shortage really needs to be addressed! LOL
Amen to that. Happy weekend. 🙂
We vote for fixing the common sense shortage as well! Good fill-ins, Sandee.
Such a huge shortage of common sense. It’s sad. 🙂
Sadly, massive. 😥
OMC Granny experienced it many time, that underdressing thingie, and it’s really something she doesn’t want to think about anymore…so embarrissing…MOL…Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend, dear Sandee🐾😽💞

If i got stuck in an elevator with my husband, he’s be more uoset than i would.
Have a fabulous weekend!
Hubby and I would just hope we don’t have to go to the bathroom. You have a fabulous weekend too. 🙂
This looks like our cat Mimi. Have a great weekend, Sandee.🤗
Cats are wonderful companions. You have a great weekend too, Michelle. 🙂
It is a beautiful cat with beautiful eyes. Have a great weekend.
I agree. You have a great weekend too, Nancy. 🙂
I love your fill ins
Thank you. Love doing them. They make you think. 🙂
What a little cutie. Look at those stripes. I love tabby cat markings! 🙂
I was going to say something similar to you for #1, Sandee. If I had to be stuck in an elevator with someone, I would definitely want it to be my wife. I have been stuck in an elevator with strangers, and it was not a fun experience. LOL
Have a great weekend, my friend!
Kevin
Yes being stuck in an elevator it better be with someone I like/love. You have a great weekend too, Kevin. 🙂
Oh, we’re right there with you on your #2 answer! Of course, humanity, kindness, consideration and so many more could very easily be used as well…
Being kind is so easy to do. 🙂
I wouldn’t mind being stuck in an elevator with ______Dolly Parton________.
2, Now that the formula shortage is fixed, I wish something could be done about the ______food/gas/ everything____shortage.
If I had to sum up my life in one sentence, it would read as follows….Pam spent her life smiling and laughing and trying to make others smile and laugh.
____laughing so hard, you pee_____ is an awkward situation in which I once found myself in.
Love your fill-ins and especially #3. I can see that. Love the last one too. You get older and that just happens. 🙂
