  1. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

Good fill ins. #4 happened to us last year on a cruise last year. Being a week cruise to nowhere we decided against taking formal wear. It turned out we were the most travelled couple onboard and they had the presentation on formal night! We had to make do with smart casual but I think we took more notice than anybody else did. The most travelled was not as impressive as it sounds, the ship was only sailing at 30%!

  2. Rose A (@mail4rosey) says:

My cat, who looks a lot like that, is snuggled up right next to me at the moment. 🙂
And yes! to being underdressed. It is very akward.

    Here’s mine:
    1. I wouldn’t mind being stuck in an elevator with my teen (though I would hate to be stuck in an elevator).
2, Now that the formula shortage is fixed, I wish something could be done about the safety shortage (at schools in particular).
    3. If I had to sum up my life in one sentence, it would read as follows: She tried her best and she was happy.
    4. Forgetting a student’s name from a few years ago (when he approached me and said, ‘Hi! Do you remember my name?’ is an awkward situation in which I once found myself in (and you feel so bad when it’s clear you can’t remember it. I hope that never happens again).

    Have a wonderful day!

  3. Curious as a Cathy says:

I don’t think I’d like to be stuck in an elevator alone or with anyone. I’d be climbing the walls trying to get out. I don’t like closed in places. Yeah, something really does need to be done about the common sense shortage but that’s won’t be an easy fix. To sum up my life in one sentence …. She tried to look on the bright when possible even with clouds looming overhead. An awkward situation? Right now I can’t think of one. When you’re not around others much then you don’t really have many awkward moments. 🙂 I enjoyed reading your responses. The kitty is cute, too. Have a nice weekend, my dear!

    • Sandee says:

I wouldn’t like it either, but it would be easier to deal with having hubby there. We don’t go out much either. I don’t mind being a home body. 🙂

  4. 15andmeowing says:

Very cute kitty. Thanks for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers- especially #2. 🙂 I have done #4 too. Have a nice weekend. XO

  5. MadSnapper says:

I drew a complete blank on #2 but yours is what i would have thought of if I could think. as for the elevator it would have to be a fireman with a ladder who could quickly get us out of the stuck elevator.

  6. Invisibly Me says:

Common sense is sadly an ongoing shortage that will never be solved by the looks of it 😂

Happy Friday, Sandee – I hope you & hubby have a lovely weekend! xx

  7. mjgolch says:

that kitty cat looks just like my screwball when he was about 5 months old. Love you Fill in answers and Here are my answers:
    1) I wouldn’t mind being stuck in an elevator with President Kennedy, he was one of my heroes.
    2) Now that the formula shortage is fixed, I wish something could be done about the Common Sence shortage.
    3) If I had to sum up my life in one sentence, it would read as follows What a F**KING RIDE!
    4) walking out of the showers in my Barracks at Chanute and finding 2 female officers in the corridor between me and my room. talk about changing shades of red!

  8. angelswhisper2011 says:

  10. meowmeowmans says:

What a little cutie. Look at those stripes. I love tabby cat markings! 🙂

I was going to say something similar to you for #1, Sandee. If I had to be stuck in an elevator with someone, I would definitely want it to be my wife. I have been stuck in an elevator with strangers, and it was not a fun experience. LOL

Have a great weekend, my friend!

    Kevin

  11. Cleo says:

Oh, we’re right there with you on your #2 answer! Of course, humanity, kindness, consideration and so many more could very easily be used as well…

  12. Pam says:

I wouldn’t mind being stuck in an elevator with ______Dolly Parton________.
2, Now that the formula shortage is fixed, I wish something could be done about the ______food/gas/ everything____shortage.
If I had to sum up my life in one sentence, it would read as follows….Pam spent her life smiling and laughing and trying to make others smile and laugh.
____laughing so hard, you pee_____ is an awkward situation in which I once found myself in.
