Good answers. I was glad to get rid of the mask too. It’s nice to finally go out without it.
I feel the same way about oysters. Most disgusting thing ever 🙂

    • Sandee 💞 says:

I wish I would have the fried ones. I’m sure I would have liked them too. That ship has sailed because I won’t ever eat them again no matter how they are prepared. 🙂

  2. Cleo says:

Mmmmm, oysters! Dad won’t eat raw ones, but he says there’s nothing quite like deep fried oysters. Actually, deep fried anything makes him salivate profusely.

Meowser Ms. Sandee thank you for hosting this feline hop…. that is a cutie today. I’ve never tried oysters and now I don’t want to. I was surprised to hear you just got rid of the awful mask! Here, in Florida, the humans only wore them if some store demanded it and then Pops only did … Mom gave them a lecture on how masks were merely an illusion of safety and in reality they do more harm then good.

Hello, sweet kitty. The situation here is scary, cases going up and up. We still have to mask up the moment we go out of our house. Staying home as much as possible.

  5. MadSnapper says:

The funny thing is your fourth one is exactly what I was going to write they do gross me out. The first one I will never stop loving to read is what came to my mind at first

  6. 15andmeowing says:

That kitty looks like my angel Millie when he was a baby, so cute. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am glad you are able to reap the rewards of all your hard work. And I never had oysters, but I know I would feel the same.I remember having whole clams and the bags being sandy-ick.
    Have a wonderful weekend. XO

Great fill ins! I was happy to get the mask off too. I never tried Oysters and I have no interest to try them.

That kitty is a sweetheart. I love when they lie upside down and stair at you. So cute.

    Have a great weekend!

  8. Rose A (@mail4rosey) says:

The little upside-down kitty is cute. 🙂 I don’t like oysters either, and working hard does offer gratification. 🙂

    Here’s mine:
    1. I will never stop being grateful that I am back in Florida (I’ve always loved it here).
    2. It was a relief to have some time off for summer break.
    3. Seeing the gains my students made this year made me feel proud of myself.
    4. Hearing people make lame excuses for their bad behavior grosses me out.

  9. UP says:

I will never stop eating chocolate.
It was a relief to sit down _.
Getting promoted the first time made me feel proud of myself.
Calamari and Sushi grosses me out.

    have a great weekend.

  10. Tails Around the Ranch says:

With such a sharp rise in COVID cases, I haven’t completely gotten rid of my mask but carry it with me whenever I go to a grocery shopping. I don’t want to become a statistic! Have a super weekend. That kitty is so adorable-I feel the same way today. LOL

  11. The OP Pack says:

That’s a cute little kitty who knows how to strike a good pose.

Mom doesn’t like oysters at all either, too slimy:) She and Dad had stopped wearing their masks after they were fully vaccinated, but our area is seeing a huge uptick in cases, so the masks have gone back on when they are in the store or in a large crowd inside.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

    • Sandee 💞 says:

I’m sure that will happen here too. So far it hasn’t. According to the medicos even if you’re vaccinated you can get the virus. I guess not as bad. 🙂

  12. Jen says:

Wow, it is the last week of summer vacation and boy has it been busy!! Sorry I am just getting over here now. You have a great love story. Have a wonderful weekend 🙂

  13. Jan K says:

My mother used to make oyster stew when we were kids – those slimy things floating around in milk and butter! We kids refused to eat them, so we got the broth and crackers. LOL

  14. meowmeowmans says:

That’s such a sweet kitty. I’m with you on the raw oysters, Sandee. So gross! Hope you’re having a great weekend. 🙂
