Good answers. I was glad to get rid of the mask too. It’s nice to finally go out without it.
I feel the same way about oysters. Most disgusting thing ever 🙂
It was such a feeling of freedom. I’m hoping we don’t have to mask up again. We agree on the oysters. Have a great day off tomorrow, Ann. 🙂
What a sweet kitty. I’ve never had raw oysters – only fried ones and they were yummy.
I wish I would have the fried ones. I’m sure I would have liked them too. That ship has sailed because I won’t ever eat them again no matter how they are prepared. 🙂
Mmmmm, oysters! Dad won’t eat raw ones, but he says there’s nothing quite like deep fried oysters. Actually, deep fried anything makes him salivate profusely.
I might have liked them if they had been deep fried. 🙂
Aww! what a cutie love the pose 🙂
Nice replies Sandee I am with you on oysters too yukuntastic
Have a supertastic weekend and AMS 👍
This kitty is a poser for sure. Yuk on oysters for sure. 🙂
Precious sweet kitty.
I agree about oysters…and boiled okra…they are both way too slimey. I have a thing about texture and smell with my food.
Hugs and Happy Friday
Cecilia
I love okra anyway you fix it. The oysters such made me sick to my stomach. Hugs and happy Friday. 🙂
Meowser Ms. Sandee thank you for hosting this feline hop…. that is a cutie today. I’ve never tried oysters and now I don’t want to. I was surprised to hear you just got rid of the awful mask! Here, in Florida, the humans only wore them if some store demanded it and then Pops only did … Mom gave them a lecture on how masks were merely an illusion of safety and in reality they do more harm then good.
Purrseidon
They do more harm especially if they aren’t kept clean and mine weren’t. I kept forgetting to wash them. 🙂
Hello, sweet kitty. The situation here is scary, cases going up and up. We still have to mask up the moment we go out of our house. Staying home as much as possible.
I heard that. I’m sure well be back in that again. Not looking forward to it one bit. 🙂
The whole world looks like it’s upside down.
It is for this little one. So cute. Happy weekend. 🙂
The funny thing is your fourth one is exactly what I was going to write they do gross me out. The first one I will never stop loving to read is what came to my mind at first
Great minds and all, Sandra. 🙂
Such a cute kitty! Those were good answers, I don’t like oysters either!
They are a favorite with many, but not many of my blogging buddies. 🙂
Good fill-ins. I could truthfully say all those too. Have a lovely weekend.
I’m happy to hear that. Sometimes we think we’re the only ones and we never are. 🙂
What a cutie, and supurr fill-ins, so agree with #4, wouldn’t go there if mew paid us! MOL Happy Weekend and thanks as always for hosting! XX (P.S. accidentally put the same link in twice – sorry!)
I’m surprised at the folks that don’t like oysters. I took the second link out. Not to worry. 🙂
What a cute photo! No raw oysters for me either – yuck!
Thanks and as much as I love most seafood, oysters are not on my list. 🙂
That’s an adorable kitty! I used to love raw oysters but now I prefer them fried. Happy Friday!
I just never could try them again. Happy Friday and weekend, Eugenia. 🙂
Have a great weekend, Sandee!
That kitty looks like my angel Millie when he was a baby, so cute. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am glad you are able to reap the rewards of all your hard work. And I never had oysters, but I know I would feel the same.I remember having whole clams and the bags being sandy-ick.
Have a wonderful weekend. XO
That gritty sand made it even worse, but the slimy was the worst part. Thanks for co-hosting the fun. 🙂
awdorable kitty. Of course for me all kitties are awdorable! Great answers! Especially #1….aren’t we lucky! Hugs to you and Zane!
We are lucky indeed, Kathe. We know it too and don’t take them for granted. 🙂
That kitty is so cute! Have a fun Friday and weekend Sandee! Hugs! 🙂 <3
Thank you, Deborah. You have a fun Friday and weekend too. 🙂
Have a beautiful weekend, Sandee! 💞
You do the same, Bette. 🙂
Getting masks off is so nice!
It is, but I wonder how long it will last. 🙂
Great fill ins! I was happy to get the mask off too. I never tried Oysters and I have no interest to try them.
That kitty is a sweetheart. I love when they lie upside down and stair at you. So cute.
Have a great weekend!
I think kitties are cute upside down too. Have a great weekend, Yvonne. 🙂
If I eat oysters they must be fried. Happy Friday friend.
http://www.rsrue.blogspot.com
I’ve heard that’s a better way to eat them. I still won’t try a fried one either. 🙂
Love the kitty. I never ate an oyster raw or cooked. Just looking at a raw oyster is enough to convince me they aren’t meant to be eaten.
I hear you, but the person I was with was convinced I would love them. I didn’t. 🙂
Gaww! What a cute kitten!
Can recall the last time I enjoyed oysters, in Key West, FL with The Hubby.
Many years ago!
I at least tried them, but not for me. Happy Friday and weekend. 🙂
The little upside-down kitty is cute. 🙂 I don’t like oysters either, and working hard does offer gratification. 🙂
Here’s mine:
1. I will never stop being grateful that I am back in Florida (I’ve always loved it here).
2. It was a relief to have some time off for summer break.
3. Seeing the gains my students made this year made me feel proud of myself.
4. Hearing people make lame excuses for their bad behavior grosses me out.
Thanks for playing along, my friend. I love all your fill-ins. We are so much alike. 🙂
Meow – velous!
Exactly, Cloudia. 🙂
I will never stop eating chocolate.
It was a relief to sit down _.
Getting promoted the first time made me feel proud of myself.
Calamari and Sushi grosses me out.
have a great weekend.
I forgot about the promotions. That was a proud moment too. I love calamari and sushi. You have a great weekend too. 🙂
I’m with you and oysters…Blech! Such a pretty kittty today!
Have a wonderful weekend!
I thought I’d get lots of guff over the oysters. Appears I’m not alone. You have a wonderful weekend too. 🙂
Oh MeOW, We can’t believe you actually tried oysters. MOL Those gross us out too. We hope you have a pawsum weekend. Big hugs
Luvs ya’
RaenaBelle and Zebby
Me either. What was I thinking. That was the very last time too. 🙂
What a pretty furbabie. I love your answers, I played along as well.💕💕💕 🙂
Thanks for playing along, Mike. Have a great day and weekend. 🙂
A sweet kitty! I have never tried oysters and have no desire to do so.
They were awful for me. Never again. 🙂
Awwwww, The Human says she’d love to find a cute kitty like that one to bring home to the Tribe!
Purrs & Head Bonks,
Oliver
I’ve brought many home over the years. They have all been such good kitties. 🙂
Sweet kitty!
Wishing you a wonderful weekend! <3
Wishing you the same, Barbara. 🙂
With such a sharp rise in COVID cases, I haven’t completely gotten rid of my mask but carry it with me whenever I go to a grocery shopping. I don’t want to become a statistic! Have a super weekend. That kitty is so adorable-I feel the same way today. LOL
I’m doing the same, but haven’t had to put it on. I’m sure that will change. 🙂
That’s a cute little kitty who knows how to strike a good pose.
Mom doesn’t like oysters at all either, too slimy:) She and Dad had stopped wearing their masks after they were fully vaccinated, but our area is seeing a huge uptick in cases, so the masks have gone back on when they are in the store or in a large crowd inside.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
I’m sure that will happen here too. So far it hasn’t. According to the medicos even if you’re vaccinated you can get the virus. I guess not as bad. 🙂
Happy Friday, cutie! Oysters are very creepy!
Yes they are, Mudpie. I’m glad you agree. 🙂
What a cutie!!!! And, oysters gross me out too!
Have a wonderful weekend!
You have a wonderful weekend without oysters too. Scritches to the pups. 🙂
That’s a beautiful cat, it would be adopted so fast it would hardly be in the shelter a moment.
Great answers, i never liked oysters, either.
I hear you my friend. This one you can’t ignore. I’m surprised at all the folks that don’t like oysters. 🙂
How cute is that kitty
I thought it was adorable too. 🙂
Wow, it is the last week of summer vacation and boy has it been busy!! Sorry I am just getting over here now. You have a great love story. Have a wonderful weekend 🙂
Yes it’s back to school for my oldest great granddaughter too. It’s all good. We’re having a wonderful weekend. 🙂
My mother used to make oyster stew when we were kids – those slimy things floating around in milk and butter! We kids refused to eat them, so we got the broth and crackers. LOL
I’d be with you on the broth and the crackers. You poor thing. Smooches to Luke. 🙂
~hugs~
Hugs back, Darla. 🙂
That’s such a sweet kitty. I’m with you on the raw oysters, Sandee. So gross! Hope you’re having a great weekend. 🙂
I’m surprised at how many don’t like oysters. We’re having a great weekend. 🙂
This kitty photo is so precious and one of the best ~
Lots of hugs and love to you ~
