  1. Memories of Eric and Flynn – I started this blog to show my holiday photos but haven't added to it for so long, but you can see my other holiday photos at https://allatseawithme.blogspot.com My main blog is my cat blog at https://twodevoncats.blogspot.com
Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

    Pretty blue eyes!
There is not really a time I would have liked to live through. I was going to say that past times seemed brutal, but on reflection these modern times are not much different with all of the riots and murders.
That is the way I like to eat apples too. I have them for breakfast with a selection of other fruit that I have. This week it is peaches, pears, grapes and melon but not all of them on the same day!

    • darlamsands
      darlamsands says:

That reminds me. We need fresh fruit. ~grin~ McDonald’s around here sells cold sliced (not peeled) apples in little bags – two for $1. That’s expensive compared to the store, but cheap enough to balance out a less-than healthy fish sandwich. Heh… Hugs, my dear.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Yes things aren’t all that bright right now. I love your fruit breakfasts. Yummy. 🙂

  2. stevebethere – Just a blog of humour
    stevebethere says:

That cat is saying “I mean what I say” heheh! what fab blue eyes (=✪ ﻌ ✪=)

I liked your replies I like apples like that too but also with a sprinkling of salt over 🙂

Have a grannysmithtastic safe FFS 😷😷😷

  3. iannieam – Northwestern Pa
    Ann says:

    Those blue eyes are gorgeous.
I’ve thought the same thing about living back in the times of the wild west but then I realize how much harder their life must have been. I’m all about modern conveniences…lol

  4. Rosey says:

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cat with blue eyes, outside of a Siamese that used to be on my great-grandfather’s farm. What a beauty.

I wish I had been alive during … not applicable for me…anything would make me older than I am, and I’m okay with being 50, but don’t age me any faster. 😉
My favorite way to have apples is any which way. I love ’em.
I was to find out I would have to teach again this year (my mom got sick and covid hit, not the best time to search for work). It turned out okay though because our kids are great this year. Amazing. So far. Knock on wood.
    Consideration isn’t rocket science.

  5. Michelle – Hi, I am Michelle, I am married to a wonderful Christian man & my best friend ever, in the world. We live in the Peachy state of GA. I hope to inspire and encourage you through my blog posts.

    My GBGV Life says:

Oh my what a pretty kitty. Mom was living in Germany during 9/11. She was in her car going home from some class she was taking when she started to hear about it and could not believe what was happening. The world is changing to a nasty place because a small number of the population has decided to not be nice and that is sad.

  7. pjack214 – Mom, Nana, part time photographer, artist in oils and crafts.
    Pam says:

Its finally Friday…. and I used to get excited over that but since 2015 I have not worked Fridays so it don’t matter much anymore. HAHA….Love those kitty cats pics. So adorable. I have been fighting a battle within me to not get another cat…..I rather just love my Lily and Chey. Here are my answers…

  8. Deborah – South San Francisco, CA – I am a Wise Woman who has been on a spiritual journey for many years. My wisdom was not gained through a higher education but through the University Of Life and all the insight, knowledge gained through the pain of trials and tribulations on the path of weeping to healing. Though I have come a long way, I am not done yet! I still have much wisdom to gain, more growth through pain, and the beauty of spirit that come by continual shedding of the old to receive the new! Sweet Blessings!

  10. Wing Commander Basil & The B Team – UK – Well, now there's a question! Furstly and most importantly I'm a cat if mew hadn't already guessed. I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say. My human & Purrsonal Assistant aka P.A. is Cathrine Garnell, and she writes books including a tale about my fictional alter ego, Basil the Bionic Cat. [See Books Page] I live in a multi-cat household, and mew can meet the rest of The B Team here most days of the week, as they all like a turn on the blog. I like mice, but then don't we all? I also like fresh tuna, chicken and prawns. I LOVE catnip, not in any excess I might add before mew jump to any wild conclusions. Thanks so much for dropping by, as we The B Team, love making new furriends, so do leave us a comment and say hi.
Wing Commander Basil & The B Team says:

Gorgeous kitty and great fill-ins! Happy Friday Sandee! XOX

Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. Here are this weeks questions/answers:
    1. I wish I had been alive during the time of WWII. It seems it was good at the times on the dance floor for the soldiers & their ladies. Jitterbug too cool. My brother & I use to do that so he could practice prior to a date (he was six yrs. older than me), Volunteering for different things. It just seemed like a good time for volunteering & writing to your soldier boyfriend.
    2. My favorite way to have apples is is in a hot apple pie! YUMMMMM.
    3. I was sad to find out that my mom had died in her sleep when I just talked to her that morning. I was devastated for she was the last one of our family. Now it’s only me, but I have my children, but my youth died that day too. So sad.
    4. Being happy isn’t rocket science. You know what makes you happy, and only you can make it happen (I mean think about it and then you can sort of pass the word… like telling a friend… Hi, Hope you’re doing well for absolutely no reason, just because. You shall feel good that you did & your friend will feel good that you did, and you’ll get the same in return most of the time. Hugs to you sista! I’m not playin’ today, but I was thinking of you sooooooooooooo HI HONEY HAVE A GREAT DAY! It’s a day of prayer today for us, and watching the sadness of our history! So God bless you my friend & anything on my blog will be about 9/11. Hugs & God bless!!! Love you…
