  1. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

Beautiful eyes. She looks very much like Poppy Q.
I agree wholeheartedly with your fill ins.
As you know, we cruise usually 3 times a year on the ocean liners, and have seen many places. I long to be back at sea but sadly we have decided that with my suppressed immune system it is too much of a risk to cruise again.
Never say never though. They may develop an effective inoculation for the virus.

  2. stevebethere says:

What a beauty and those lovely eyes

I liked your fill-ins I dislike politicians too one word for ours here at the moment …vile 😉

Have a masklesstastic (soon) safe FFS 😷😷😷

  3. Ann Thompson says:

That cat reminds me of my daughters.
I can’t wait to be able to go places without having to have a mask on.
These days I don’t know which is worse, the politician, the athletes or the celebraties.

  4. My GBGV Life says:

We like our sports teams, but are not big sports fans. Mom only will wear a mask if it is required. She isn’t into this whole virus thing and really is looking forward to when it quits ruining everyone’s lives. Now is not a nice time in the world for many reasons.

  5. Sandra Hangey says:

If I were feeling in those blanks I would fill them in exactly like you did they all fit me exactly! Right now I’m thinking the mask is the bane of my existence since it is the focus of my hatred but I do wear it everywhere I go in public but I don’t like it

  6. foguth says:

Meowser Ms. Sandee…. it would be healthier if you left the mask behind now – those things are actually doing more harm than good. Washing your paws and keeping them away from your face is MUCH more effective. I don’t like all the hatred, either. The most annoying thing – to me – is that so much of the hatred is based on lies and/or twisted truth, which is just another form of lies.
Hope you can go cruising soon!

  7. 15andmeowing says:

Such a beautiful kitty. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and thank you for participating in the fill-ins I always enjoy your answers- I am with you on 2 and 4. And yes, the masks do make it hard to breathe especially in hot weather. Have a great weekend! XO

  8. Cecilia Upchurch says:

Now that is a Feline Supermodel…purrfect hair and not a bit of eyemakeup needed.
    Happy Friday
    Hugs Cecilia
PS we have just about quit watching news…try to time our viewing just for weather reports

  9. Cathy Keisha says:

What eyes. Heh Heh for 2 and 4 fill-ins. TW says stupid, self-centered people who refuse to wear masks in the bane of her existence and the reason she’ll be wearing one forever. The pandemic isn’t going to end anytime soon.

  10. kittiesblue says:

I am like you, Sandee. I cannot wait to jetison the mask. I especially hate it at physical therapy. Very difficult to do a good job when breathing in my own carbon dioxide. Thanks for the link-up. Have a great weekend. Purrs from Sawyer and Cooper Murphy and big hugs from me, Janet

    • Sandee says:

I agree about the masks making it hard to breath. I have some real issues with it and have gone into panic mode more than once. You have a great weekend too. Scritches to all the kitties. 🙂

  11. -Eugenia says:

That is a gorgeous kitty! When out and around, I will be wearing a mask for a long time. If the pandemic is completely over and done, then I don’t feel the need to wear a mask except for flu season. Negativity from the media, politicians, sports icons, religious leaders and Hollywood are the bane of my existence. Happy Friday!

    • Sandee says:

Yes, we do what we can, but I’ll be glad when all this hysteria is over. Or will we just move on to the next thing? I hope not. Happy Friday and weekend. 🙂

  12. Angelic Clowder says:

What an absolutely stunning kitty. I want to say as a very at risk person. THANK YOU for wearing your mask. Even if you hate it. I appreciate it so very much

  13. Jan K says:

The eyes on that cat are amazing! I totally agree with you on #1 and 4! I can hardly stand to watch the news anymore. I do not like the way Hollywood people and sports figures are so glorified. And don’t even get me started on politics! 🙂

    • Sandee says:

I hear you. A bunch of idiots that have trouble dealing with their own issues but want to tell us how to think and live. I don’t think so. 🙂

  14. Anne Robinson says:

What a lovely cat! I bet that fur is soft as silk and that color! MY sis had a kitten named Toulouse. He was exactly like the kitten in The Aristocats. He was a real beautiful animal. Thanks for sharing, I loved your answers on the fill ins. I am with you on the NFL and now NASCAR and many others. Kneel all you losers want, my DIL, her mom and dad have season tickets to Broncos and they cashed them in. I hope they listen to themselves sing their new fake anthem. I watch old Westerns with my hubby, we enjoy our own life and I LOVE music so I spend hours listening. I hope your weekend is grand! 🙂

    • Sandee says:

Yep, they are killing themselves. Works for me. Taking things to far is never a good idea. Hubby and I watch movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Big hug for a happy weekend. 🙂

  15. The OP Pack says:

    What a gorgeous cat!!!

Mom won’t miss the mask at all either, but for now, she is abiding by the rules for her safety.

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  16. Jim says:

I am in love with this grey cat if this is possible, so nice, intelligent and fun appearing. If you have too many I will adopt this one from you!!
    🙂 🙂
    My this weeks questions:
    1. When this pandemic is over, I will travel some more and visit my distant relatives again. Also Mrs. Jim and I will visit New Orleans again to eat some Beignets again. I have been off donuts now for 16 years and so I won’t consider them as being donuts.
    2. I have zero interest in riding bicycles again since my knee joint replacement for fear of falling and messing my leg up.
    3. I always look forward to college football season.
    4. Fire eating is the bane of my existence though I have survived a sword being pressed through my neck.
    🙂 🙂 🙂

      • Jim says:

I am sorry if I mislead you. I have never eaten fire and I dont want to. The sword through the neck happened on a cruise ship where I was asked to be a magician helper.
        ..

  17. Debbie D. says:

Beautiful cat! Such a striking contrast between the eyes and the fur. 💖 I’m with you on the masks! They are rather cloying, but such is our reality, these days. Hopefully, they will find a vaccine, sooner than later. Have a lovely, peaceful weekend!

    • Sandee says:

It is a beautiful cat indeed. I just have trouble breathing. Not all the time, but if I’m in a hurry I start to panic. I’ve rushed outside to rip that baby off more than once. 🙂

      • Debbie D. says:

I get it! Between claustrophobia, COPD (mild) and allergies, breathing well is a real concern for me, as well. 😛 Hoping next year will be easier! In the meantime, all we can do is take one day at a time. (And stay home or outdoors as much as possible. LOL)

  18. Rosey says:

That looks like my kids’ aunt’s cat. 🙂

When this pandemic is over, I will breathe a sigh of relief. 😉
I have zero interest in science fiction novels.
I always look forward to having all of my kids together (it gets harder as they get older).
Right now, thunderstorms are the bane of my existence (because they are keeping me from getting out for my exercise regularly).

  19. meowmeowmans says:

What a gorgeous photo of a gorgeous kitty. Sandee, we hear you on your fill-ins, for sure. It’s going to be nice to go without a mask when this pandemic is finally over. Have a great Sunday, my friend!

    • Sandee says:

I can’t wait to be able to breath properly. It’s the panic attacks that freak me out. I have to go slow or I will hyperventilate. Happy Sunday. 🙂

  20. Pam says:

OH WOW..those eyes are amazing! Love your answers. Here are mine~
    Here are this weeks questions:
    1. When this pandemic is over, I hope I feel like being around people.
    2. I have zero interest in sports.
    3. I always look forward to love from my furs.
    4. Fibro is the bane of my existence.

  21. L.M.G. Miller says:

What a precious kitty! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I cannot wait until these days of masks are over. Summer is one of the times my asthma acts up the most, and sometimes summer air just isn’t that easy for anyone to breathe. When you add a mask to that, it’s downright torture. I’m lucky that my workplace is small yet widespread and so we don’t have to wear a mask while working. If I did have to wear one all day, I’m not sure I wouldn’t just pass out. I hope your week is wonderful!

    • Sandee says:

I hear you about the mask. We’re back in lock-down here and not sure why. We don’t have the numbers for a lock-down, but locked downed we are. Thanks for co-hosting the fun. 🙂
