I’m not keen on those that preach tolerance but act intolerantly either. As for Escargot, that’s snails, right? Nope, you couldn’t pay me enough to eat that!! Happy Friday lovely – I hope it’s a lovely weekend for you and hubby! xx

  5. Deborah – South San Francisco, CA – I am a Wise Woman who has been on a spiritual journey for many years. My wisdom was not gained through a higher education but through the University Of Life and all the insight, knowledge gained through the pain of trials and tribulations on the path of weeping to healing. Though I have come a long way, I am not done yet! I still have much wisdom to gain, more growth through pain, and the beauty of spirit that come by continual shedding of the old to receive the new! Sweet Blessings!

    My GBGV Life says:

Pretty kitty. For us the sign of spring is a dirty, muddy, ugly, mess of melting outside. Not a good season until everything dries out. Happy weekend!

  7. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. You can always find out what she is working on and/or contact her at: www.jeannefoguth.com.

  8. Wing Commander Basil & The B Team – UK – Well, now there's a question! Furstly and most importantly I'm a cat if mew hadn't already guessed. I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say. My human & Purrsonal Assistant aka P.A. is Cathrine Garnell, and she writes books including a tale about my fictional alter ego, Basil the Bionic Cat. [See Books Page] I live in a multi-cat household, and mew can meet the rest of The B Team here most days of the week, as they all like a turn on the blog. I like mice, but then don't we all? I also like fresh tuna, chicken and prawns. I LOVE catnip, not in any excess I might add before mew jump to any wild conclusions. Thanks so much for dropping by, as we The B Team, love making new furriends, so do leave us a comment and say hi.
Wing Commander Basil & The B Team says:

Now the children are all grown up I’m happiest when I’m out with the dogs or hiking a trail with my camera in hand. My blog is where I like to share photographs showing the wild beauty of Zakynthos that most people don’t get to see, recipes and other seemingly random things that come to mind.
    ChirpyDebs says:

Hi Sandee, these got me thinking! I know spring is here when the almond trees blossom and the lizards start to appear again… I find people confusing… I have a strong opinion on whether or not it’s right to not answer the phone when it rings (family debate). I say it is!… Prickly pears are probably the oddest thing I have ever eaten. Once you get past the fine, irritating hairs they are surprisingly nice.

    xx

I won’t answer the phone untill I know who’s calling, and maybe not even then. 🙂

Oh my gosh yes, “you are only tolerant if you 100 percent agree with me. If you don’t agree with me, even if I state my beliefs kindly then I am unfeeling and prejudiced.” Geesh that bugs me too!

I don’t need people to agree with me 100 percent, just be kind in our differences.

    darlamsands says:

What a gorgeous kitty! I like snails, as well. 🙂 Raw sea urchin and jellyfish? Not so much. The former is too pungent for me and the latter was like eating unflavored gelatin. At least we tried jellyfish, while my husband passed on our opportunity to order sea cucumber at a sushi restaurant. Heh… Hugs, my dear.

What a gorgeous kitty, with such gorgeous blue eyes! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I agree with you 1000% on #3. It’s like tolerance and open-mindedness don’t exist anymore, and how sad is that. I hope your week is going wonderfully!

I hear you on the tolerance. Thank you for co-hosting the fun. 🙂
