I liked the replies especially no. 4 🙂
Have a fill-intastic AMS and thanks for hosting 🙂
Thanks, Steve. You have a great day and weekend too, my friend. 🙂
Beautiful cat.
That is a good thing about February. I so look forward to spring.
Yes indeed, Ann. You have a great day off tomorrow. 🙂
He is very intent watching something!
At last, someone else like me!!! I dislike lobster but adore lobster bisque. They do a wonderful bisque in the Princess Cruises steak houses. I have never had an inferior one there.
Yes he/she is watching something very intently. Yes lobster bisque is wonderful. Happy weekend. 🙂
Love the kitty’s beautiful grey coat. I feel the same way about boiled lobster but love the bisque!
So I’m not the only one. I’m happy about that. 🙂
Pretty kitty and great answers to the questions. We love that first quote about going “off road”. It is very true.
It is very true. I’ve always enjoyed blazing my own trails. 🙂
Happy Friday! Love that quote!
Happy Friday, Pam and thanks for playing along. 🙂
Meowser Ms. Sandee, I love your answers. Thank you for hosting this blog hop.
Purrseidon
You’re most welcome my friend. Happy weekend. 🙂
That kitty looks pretty intense!
They can indeed look intense. 🙂
This cat looks like it’s about to chase after a small animal! Awesome picture Sandee! Have a fantastic Friday and weekend! 😀 <3
You’re probably right. You have a fantastic Friday and weekend too. 🙂
My favorite thing about February is that it is over soon.
I hear you. March is a great month to start spring. 🙂
That is a beautiful kitty. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I completely agree with #4. I love that quote too. I have a frame with that quote nd a photo of my hubby and I snowshoeing. Have a wonderful weekend! XO
Thanks for co-hosting the friendly fill-ins. I so enjoy doing this meme. You have a wonderful weekend. 🙂
We were surprised by a visit from a different cat last evening I hope I’m not developing a problem! LOL
You’re going to be fine. I’m sure of that. 🙂
That cat is on the hunt.
The best part of February is when it’s over.
You’re probably right about the hunt. Yes, let’s get to March when the weather is far warmer. 🙂
What beautiful eyes and feline profile
I like your quote…I think it is a Robert Frost poem that has a line I like
“take the road less traveled”
Hugs Cecilia
Yes take the road less traveled. I’ve always done that. Hugs back. 🙂
Great fill ins today, I’m also looking forward to Spring!
It’s very cold out this morning, but the sun is shining. 🙂
That cat sure has his or her eyes on something good. Great picture. Sandee, you and Zane have a wonderful day.
Probably some nip or a dog that’s going to get in trouble. You have a wonderful day and weekend too. 🙂
Even though we’ve had a mild winter (knock wood!), I still cannot wait for Spring!
We’ve had a mild winter too and I’m always ready for winter. 🙂
Kitty is very focused on something. I like #4.
Thanks, Nancy. I love doing the fill-ins. 🙂
I don’t hate lobster, but it is messy and a lot of work. I tend to lean towards already made lobster items. Bisque sound heavenly!
Have a great one 🙂
Lobster Bisque is heavenly. All bisque soups are heavenly. 🙂
This cat is in one my favorite poses, watching and ready to pounce. And they practice much.
From Sandee’s four this weeks questions:
1. My favorite quote is _____if you can’t say something good about someone then don’t say anything _____.
2. My favorite part of February is __it starts the second week of Spring in Texas_____.
3. A little known fact about me is __I went to a one room contry school for eight years and then rode my horse to a country two room school high school and drove Dad’s Ford pickup to town the last.
Most times in the country school I was the only one in my grade, even at high school there were only three___.
4. __getting married, honey mooing after follows, are ___ the most rewarding experience in the world.
Thanks for playing along and we get spring here in February too. 🙂
Oh, that kitty looks intense. I love that quote and I understand your feelings about lobster because I am the same way about coconut. I love the scent and taste but hate the texture.
I have some serious issues with textures. Bugger. 🙂
Gorgeous cat!
It sure is, Sandie. 🙂
Love the Emerson quote!
I am looking forward to spring as well, February is another step in the right direction.
Have a fantastic weekend!
We start getting some spring next month. I’m ready. 🙂
awww what a sweet kitty- sort of like Lucy! Have a sweet weekend with Zane! xoxoxo
Miss Lucy is the very best. We both know that. 🙂
Looks like someone is watching that lobster…MOL…Great answers on the fill-inns, Sandee, that quote is great! Thanks you for linking us up to the bloggie, that was very kind of you 😸Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend🐾😽💞

Dezi and Raena
Aw, how sweet. You two are the very best just like your mom. 🙂
Sweet kitty and looks like our Paolo (RIP).
Happy Feline Friday! <3
Those are fond memories. They are for me anyway. 🙂
Another precious kitty photo intent on ‘hunting?’
Xox to you from me and Ms. Zoe (napping ~ just came from Vets for yearly physical)
Happy Moments to You,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
ps. yes to love and be loved is key
I hope all is well with Ms. Zoe. Happy day and weekend. 🙂
Your cat pic looks very much like my Taz. She’s an excellent hunter even though she’s an indoor cat. The poor geckos that come into our house to sell us insurance don’t last long with Taz on the prowl.
I like your fill in answers, esp. the Emerson quote. And I know exactly what you mean by ‘a texture thing.’ I know from experience that some people get it and some don’t.
Hope your weekend goes exactly how you want it to go.
Taz sounds like a wonderful family member. Nothing like keeping things you don’t want away from your house.
Yes the texture thing seems to be more prevalent then I thought.
You have a great weekend too.
Happy Feline Friday!! We just love your friendly fill-in answers. That quote is just amazing. We love that spring time is almost here. Thanks for sharing. Have a terrific upcoming weekend.
Thank you so much. I love the fill-ins each week. They make you think. Have a terrific weekend too. 🙂
Pretty feline profile! And I like your fill-ins. Texture is important. ~nods~ Sad to say, I struggle with reducing my carbohydrate intake. My husband’s latest project? He bought a cold tabletop smoker to make lox, which are best with bagels and cream cheese. ~sigh~ Wish me luck eating healthy. Heh… Be well and hugs from across the miles. By the way, were you the CA contributor toward the project presented by Pam Jackson for her daughter Amber? Anyway, I wish you all the best. ~hugs~ Happy Sailing!
Eating healthy isn’t easy. There are so many temptations and carbs are my downfall too.
No I’m not the contributor. I think Pam has family in California. Happy day and weekend. Hugs. 🙂
Happy Friday, Sandee… Pretty kitty is on point–probably after some of that lobster bisque! 🙂
You’re probably right, Bette. Happy weekend. 🙂
Someone looks to be on the hunt
Yes and one wonders what’s the prey. 🙂

Very pretty cat, and your answers are just what i would think. You do love spring, i hope it comes early for you.
You know me so well. I’m happy about that. 🙂
I like that quote. I did that on Twitter. We have similar #2 answers. Have a nice weekend.
Thank for swinging by. That quote is so me. I always hated following the crowd. You have a great weekend too. 🙂
Good post, I loved it, it’s great. Very interesting
I loved your post, I did not know your blog, do you want to follow us? You already tell me. Cheers
I visited your blog and am not following you. Have a fabulous weekend. 🙂
Pretty grey cat, and, that is an excellent quote! Also happy to see the end of January. You’re so right – one step closer to spring. Lobster bisque is a favourite of mine as well, but I love lobster in just about anything. 🙂 Have a good weekend, Sandee!
I tried lobster and the texture turned me off. I was hesitant to try the lobster bisque. I’m glad I did. You have a good weekend too, Debbie. 🙂
Commenting to you looking forward to SPRING…..ME TOO. No snow, only a few winter like cold days, mostly rain this winter and I am over it.I too would love to see spring. Now I would have enjoyed some colder days, I would really love to see a good snow, but since Mother Nature or Global Warming don’t see fit to give me those things, I WANT SPRING!!haha
Here are this weeks questions:
1. My favorite quote is _acually my motto to life ~ Laugh often, laugh hard and laugh out loud__________.

Probably a mouse. Such intensity. 🙂
What a beautiful cat. I wonder what’s got its attention? Sandee, your answers are great, as always. I particularly love your answer for #4. Oh, and yay for almost spring. 🙂
Happy weekend to you, my friend!
Something has this cats undivided attention. Yes 4 is a very important part of life. Some never find either. Happy Sunday, my friend. 🙂
Such a beautiful kitty! Happy Sunday and we do hope you’ve had a lovely weekend! XOX
We are on our boat and are having a great weekend. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
Absolutely love that quote! I always wanted an all gray cat like that – maybe someday yet! 🙂
I’ve never had a gray kitty either. I’ve have many colors but not a gray one. 🙂
That’s a good looking cat. Looks like maybe a bird is in view, or something that captured the attention. 🙂
I like your answers, especially the one about blazing your own trail. 🙂 Ralph Waldo Emerson certainly followed his own advice!
Here’s mine:
1. My favorite quote is “You have brains in your head, and feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in the direction you choose.” -Dr. Suess
2. My favorite part of February is pretty Valentine’s Day decorations everywhere you go.
3. A little known fact about me is the only knick knacks I like, with very few exceptions, are those given to me, or made by my kids and/or grandkids (and I love every one of those).
4. Parenting is the most rewarding experience in the world.
I love all your answer and especially your quote. Well said. I too love the treasure my kids, grands and great grands make for us. Happy week, my friend. 🙂
Sandee, the kitties’ dad never understands when I tell him I won’t eat something because of the texture. Glad to hear someone else has that problem. The lovely grey kitty today, of course, reminds me of Fiona. Love and hugs, Janet
Texture is a big issues with me and lobster is just one type of food that I can’t stand the texture. 🙂
I love the intent look on the cat’s face. That’s a great Emerson quote. I enjoyed your answers. I understand about bisque. I love lobster bisque and tomato bisque. I haven’t met a bisque I didn’t like. It’s lovely and creamy.
I haven’t met a bisque I didn’t like either. It is lovely and creamy. 🙂
What a beautiful and mesmerizing feline photo! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I adore the quote you chose for #1. How inspiring. And I really relate to you “texture thing” when it comes to food. I’m the same way. Have a wonderful week!
I’m surprised at all the folks that have issues with textures. I thought I was a rarity, but I’m not. Thanks for co-hosting the friendly Fill-ins. 🙂
