Friendly Fill-ins

Each Thursday Ellen of 15andmeowing and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs, provide Friendly Fill-in questions.

Ellen came up with the first two questions and Lorianne came up with the last two questions.

If you need help, please let either Ellen or Lorianne know.

Here are this weeks questions:
1. I could not _____ without _________.
2. A simple pleasure I enjoy is ______.
3. If I could change one thing about myself, ______.
4. _________ is hard to find these days.

Here are my answers:
1. I could not live without so many things. Hubby, air, water, love, kindness and the list goes on and on.
2. A simple pleasure I enjoy is reading a good book on the back of our boat on a warm summers day.
3. If I could change one thing about myself my left hip would never ache again.
4. Kindness is hard to find these days especially if you’re out on the road.

Your simple pleasure of reading on your boat sounds like heaven.
I would have a tough time decididing what one thing to change about myself. There are several things I can think of…lol

  2. My GBGV Life says:

What a precious kitty photo. Kindness is sadly, hard to find these days. People need to get back to being people and not do everything without personal contact and learn to be nice to one another again.

What a sweet photo! Thanks for being the best blogger buddy! Have a great weekend! xoxo
    Here are my answers!

    2. A simple pleasure I enjoy is going to our library and finding more books to read .
    3. If I could change one thing about myself, it would be pausing before opening my mouth .
    4. Honesty is sometimes hard to find these days.

  4. 15andmeowing says:

You always find the sweetest kitty photos. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and thank you for joining in the fill-ins, I always enjoy your answers. Reading a book on the boat sounds wonderful. Have you tried CBD cream for your hip? My hubby uses it on his knees when desperate. Have a great weekend! XO

  5. Jen says:

Aw, that picture is lovely! Kindness I really feel can be found everywhere. We just hear the bad stories so often, we (I) forget that so many people are willing to help others is some pretty phenomenal ways.

Have a great one my friend!

  6. Eastside Cats says:

Being able to sit quietly to read a book anywhere, is a great thing! In the summertime, I love to spend Sunday afternoons on our deck, with The PO’M in my lap, while reading a book and sipping tea.

  7. Invisibly Me says:

I’m sorry you have problems with your hips too 😢 Daydreaming of a good book in the nice weather out on your boat is a good distraction.
Such a sweet photo, I wonder if it’s a mamma and grown up child kittykat, or siblings, or just the bet of kittykat friends?
    Have a lovely weekend, Sandee.xx

  8. Jim says:

Cute, precious, and cuddly mother and daughter combo. Nice find, Sandee.
I too would like reading on the back of my boat. Trouble is that I gave it away in 1999. I put it curbside and it and the trailer were gone come morning.
I got an Injection guided with Xray help into my left hip joint. That was last fall, after about three months it stopped hurting. I was still using a cane walking to help with balance and take a little weight off it until last Thursday. I accidentally left the cane leaning on the balcony door of our hotel in Cape Town, South Africa.
If it comes back to me, I had a sticker with my name and home phone. We stayed at the Radison Blue and if they return it to Texas I will be a Radison customer forever.

Lovely fill in answers. I know a cruise ship is very different, but I love to sit on the balcony with a good book and a G&T.
    The kitties are adorable.

Hi there Girlfriend, and how are you today? Boy, I hate it when there’s no sunshine when I wake up. Dreary days are just not my cup of tea. Hmmm Speakin’ of which I think I’ll go make me some. Would you like a spot of tea my dear friend? Wouldn’t that be lovely if we could? Just to chit chat the morning away! 🙂 Well, as you probably figure by now I really don’t blog Thursday thru Sunday. A lil’ here & there, but I like stopping by you. You’ll always be special in my book. Love you girlfriend! BIG HUGS!!! Have a great weekend! Oh & I think Dave landed a part-time job at Menards. He loves that place anyway! 🙂 Woo hoo!

    • Sandee says:

It was very foggy here this morning and it took into the afternoon to life. The sun is shining now. I would love to have some tea with you. I don’t blog Saturday and Sunday. I love the break. Way to go oh Dave’s new job. Great news. Love you. 🙂

  11. Anne Robinson says:

Sleepy kitty making me sleepy too. Thanks for linking me in. What was I thinking? I wrote two posts! HaHaHa! I am on or off never in between. Thanks for the friendship here. Enjoy your weekend. HUGS

    • Sandee says:

I love black and white photography. I’m old, Darla and things just hurt. It’s all good. I’m still on the right side of the dirt. Hugs back. 🙂

  12. meowmeowmans says:

I love that photo, Sandee. So sweet! And you’re right about kindness. It seems to be in short supply these days. 🙁

  13. L.M.G. Miller says:

What cute cuddling kitties! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I don’t have a boat, but I do know what you mean about reading a book outside on a lovely summer day. Now I’m craving weather that would allow for an outdoor reading session. I also completely agree with your #4. Kindness seems so absent these days, indeed most especially on the road. Have a wonderful week!

    • Sandee says:

Thank you for visiting and commenting. Most appreciated. Hubby and I love reading on the back of our boat in the fair weather months. Pretty soon they will be here.

Thank you for co-hosting the Friendly Fill-ins. A fun meme. 🙂

  14. caren says:

funny you mentioned that about the road. Yesterday my car got stuck in the snow (I am normally great about knowing how to rock it back and forth…especially since I have a stick shift), well, I couldn’t get it to move. It was obvious I was stuck and NO ONE stopped to help. I had to flag down the guy who was plowing the parking lot at Weight Watchers (which is where I was leaving from when I got stuck). I got stuck at the light on the road next to Weight Watchers. TONS of cars passed me too 🙁
