Lovely cat! Gingers are my favourite but I am sure you already guessed that.
Good fill ins too. I am with you on #2 and feel uncomfortable in “posh” places.

  2. Ann Thompson says:

What a pretty cat that is.
Getting lost in a good book is a great way to improve a bad mood. I get stressed out if I have to go somewhere ritzy. I don’t have the clothes for places like that.

  3. theKittyCatEnthusiast says:

Yes! I’d also love for a little more love and kindess to be shared with the world 🙂
Beautiful answers. Have a wonderful weekend!

  4. Pamela Jackson says:

Oh look at that babe just looking down at something. Some cats just seem to carry that “I am sad” look on their face even when they are not.
    my answers ~
    1. __LILY BIT___ never fails to improve my bad mood.
    2. I feel out of place __at a party where I don’t know folks___.
    3. I would like to find a treasure chest filled with __GOLD (of course)___.
    4. If you ask me, good health keeps the doctor away.

  5. caren gittleman says:

I HATE ritzy places too, especially restaurants! Those places that are so ritzy that the portion of food amounts to a tablespoon are ridiculous! I hate dressing up and never, ever wear dresses/skirts unless I am forced to! Love that kitty and love YOU!!! Happy Friday!

    • Sandee says:

I love being comfortable. I used to dress up when I was working and that was okay, but those days are over. Happy Friday, Caren. 🙂

  6. Eastside Cats says:

Ritzy places…HAH! I went to a retirement dinner last night, and was stumped by the two forks! See, what do I know about ritzy?!? I’ve found so many good books this year, that it’s making me read and listen even more. An escape…maybe, but I’m into it!

  7. Jan K says:

Our cat Conrad used to love to get up on top of the kitchen cabinets! He’d jump from the counter to the fridge and then up on top of the cabinets.
I too feel out of place in ritzy places. I’m just a simple farm girl. 🙂

  8. kittiesblue says:

Thanks, Sandee, for linking us up. Cooper knew you would like that photo of him. The ginger cat above certainly is good looking, but then all ginger cats are. Wouldn’t it be great if everybody could be kind to each other or at the very least, respectful. Have a terrific weekend. Hugs, Janet

    • Sandee says:

I loved seeing my Cooper Murphy today. He’s the cats meow. You tell him that I love him bunches. Yes at the very least be respectful. 🙂

  9. Jim says:

Sandee that cat needs to get up but he doesn’t want to put his feet down there. I liked your answers too, especially your kindness.

We wonder what that kitty’s looking at? Thank you for hosting, Sandee. I loved your fill-ins, especially #4 … so, so true.

    Happy weekend, my friend.

  11. Rosey Marie says:

That cat looks like my granddaughter’s does, a little bit. 🙂

I love your answer for kindness. The world would sure be a lot nicer, instantaneously.

Seeing the grandbabes never fails to improve my bad mood.
I feel out of place in those little groups of games they make us play at work (they call it Professional Development, blah).
I would like to find a treasure chest filled with ‘debt cancelled’ notes for my student loans (hey, I can wish!). 🙂
If you ask me, taking care of your health definitely helps keeps the doctor away.

    Have a wonderful day!

    • Sandee says:

Thanks for playing along. I hope you get out the the student loans soon. I so remember. You have a wonderful day too. 🙂

  12. darlamsands says:

Another ginger! It’s like the universe is taunting me after we rescued that little guy a year ago last spring. In truth, I know they’ve always been numerous and popular, it’s more of being made aware since we fell for one. ~sigh~ My birthdays used to always revolve around dressing up for a posh dinner. We’ve enjoyed some very fine meals but of course priorities change. I’d rather be a homebody than working to pay for fancy meals.

    • Sandee says:

I’ve had my share of posh meals. I think the most fancy was the Carnelian Room on the 52 floor of the Bank of America building in San Francisco. The view was amazing and the food was even better. I’m so past all that now as you are. 🙂

  13. L.M.G. Miller says:

My computer crashed as I submitted my first comment, and I don’t see that first comment here, so I apologize if I end up commenting twice! First of all, what a beautiful orange cat! I have such a fondness for orange kitties. Second of all, thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I kind of wish I had thought to answer #2 the same way you did, because I feel the exact same way. I feel so out of place in fancy settings, in fancy clothes, and really in any situations that require any level of fancy. Have a wonderful day!

    • Sandee says:

That happens to me often too. I don’t see the first comment so I think you did fine with this one. Thank you for hosting the Friendly Fill-ins. I so enjoy participating each week. 🙂
