That kitten is starting early to learn to climb trees.
Good Fill In answers. I was born in August of the same year as you.
We went to Hawaii on a cruise several years ago and used local guides to take us on tours. Kauai was one of the islands visited, but I have to admit that without looking at my photos I can’t remember which one is which. That is something I will have to do to remind myself in the next couple of evenings.
I found them all beautiful in their different ways.
Kauai is the garden island. It’s very lush and that’s what I liked about it. It’s what I envisioned Hawaii would look like. 🙂
What a cute kitty. I hope he knows how to get back down! Mom loved her childhood and it’s so different than what the kids have today.
They always tend to get back down, but only when they are ready. 🙂
What a sweet kitten.
I’ve always wanted to visit Hawaii.
You’d enjoy it very much, Ann. It’s expensive though. 🙂
I joined the human race in 1958 and I wish I had visited Hawaii!!
Hawaii is so beautiful. I’m so happy hubby and I got to enjoy the islands. 🙂
I hope the kitty got down safely!
We learn so much during our childhood, good and not so good things. It’s such an important time in our life.
Have a wonderful Feline Friday!
I’m sure it did. They can climb like a pro. Agree about the childhood thing. Happy weekend, Viola. 🙂
That is the most adorable kitten photo ever! Mom agrees that childhood really does shape a lot of who humans are as adults.
It does indeed. Some good and some bad. It’s all good. 🙂
Meowser Ms. Sandee thank you for hosting this blog hop. That looks like a wonderful climbing tree. I also agree that whet is learned in childhood shapes one’s life…. Did you said to Hawaii?
Purrseidon
My life was a war zone, but it did teach me so much. Not sure what to say about ‘did you said to Hawaii?’ 🙂
What a cute peep heheh!
I liked your answers Sandee always very honest 😉
Have a peeptastic FFS and thanks for hosting 😯
I am honest and sometimes that’s not a good thing. Happy weekend, Steve. 🙂
That tree sure has the prettiest blooms! We enjoyed your answers too.
Yes it does, but the kitty caught my eye immediately. 🙂
Sandee,
I joined the human race in 1961. 🙂 My mother’s baby sister is about 10 years older than me. She used to do a lot with me when I was little. What sweet times! That kitty in the tree is a cutie. I still can’t believe it’s September. The air was chilly this morning. Fall will be here in a blink of an eye. Have a great weekend, dear!
I can’t believe it’s September either. I’m sure glad I found you, Cathy. You’ve been a delight. We have a tree in our front yard that is changing colors. Fall is right around the corner. 🙂
Oh, wow fall has found you?! Gee, it’s happening way too fast!!
Such a cute kitty. Bet it had some good fun up in that tree. Sandee, you and Zane have on terrific day.
They do love to climb don’t they. They also come down when they are ready. 🙂
Sweet and curious kitty baby! I hope this one has someone to give much love.
I’m taking a break this week from Feline Friday, as I’m still so sad about Cricket crossing the Rainbow Bridge this past Tuesday.
Much love to all the little kitties. <3
Not a problem, Barbara. You do what you need to do. Big healing hug. 🙂
Thank you so much, Sandee <3
Such a cute kitten. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I like your #1, I didn’t think of answering it that way, very clever. Have a great weekend! XO
Thank you for co-hosting the fill-ins, Ellen. They are such fun and I intend to participate every week now. No more, we’re on a cruise. 🙂
Interesting fill-ins; making me think of my own.
That’s what I love about the fill-ins. They do make you think. Happy weekend. 🙂
Someone is bound to help the kitten down from her perch. She is too cute to ignore. I love this picture.
I’m sure of that. I love all critters. We have so many here. Birds, lizards and we love them all. 🙂
1953 That kitten in the photo is so cute.
We are close to the same age. I thought this kitty was ever so cute too. Happy weekend, Sandie. 🙂
Peek-a-boo little kitty in the tree, oh, how I love thé 😀 Great answers on the fill-inns, Sandee. We always enjoy your answers😺Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend🐾😽💞
Thank you so much. I love you Little Binky. Pawkisses for a happy weekend. 🙂
Aren’t kittens just adorable? Loving your answers and here are mine~
I joined the human race in _1960. And so glad that Sandee is a tad older then me…haha. I liked your answer so I decided to stay with the birth theme!!
I wish I’d asked more questions about my great grannies life.
Daily life had the biggest impact on who I am today. ( It took me looking, searching, living to find who I was)
4.The Smokey Mts. is the most beautiful place I have ever been.
Thanks for weighing in, Pam. You are younger than I am and I already knew that. Happy weekend. 🙂
Ah the birds and the bees talk. I have it with every child. It depends how old they are what they hear, but we start with body talk first. I really loved when my 3 year old once told the clerk at the store she had learned all about her vagina that day…… I try.
My mother never said a thing. I had to learn everything on my own and that wasn’t necessarily a good thing. 🙂
Such a cute little kitty and so brave to climb up the tree!
They love to climb don’t they. So cute. 🙂
That kitty is too sweet! Someone will come to her rescue. Have a terrific weekend and thanks for hosting. HUGS and LOVE
I’m sure she will get down when she wants to. You’re most welcome for the hosting. I love memes. Love and hugs back. 🙂
Aww, that poor kitty! You and my husband born in 1951. I am closer to your husband’s age. (that makes me a cougar since I have a few years on my husband) LOL. I wish I’d asked more about my grandparents – none were alive when I was born. My college years were the biggest impact on my life. The Great Smoky Mountains range is the most beautiful site I’ve seen. Happy Friday!
My birthday is on Sunday for three days hubby is five years older than I am and then on Sunday we are back to four years. Cougars are awesome. 🙂
Yes, they are! 😉
How cute!
Purrs xx
Athena and Marie
Yes indeed. Thanks for playing along. 🙂
Hi Sandee, that is a very curious kitty. I hope someone has warned it of the consequences of curiosity!… I think leaving the UK and travelling has had an impact on who I am today… I honestly couldn’t name the most beautiful place I have seen as I am lucky enough to have seen many and everywhere is beautiful in it’s own way.
xx
There is such beauty all over our world. Happy weekend. 🙂
Precious! <3
I thought so too. 🙂

The kitty will surely be fine. We do happy here. Big hug back, Darla. Happy weekend. 🙂
Hang in there little buddy…the weekend is almost here!
Yes it is. Happy weekend, my friend. 🙂
It’s a cattail tree. Well, maybe not.
I like it, Binky. A cattail tree sounds good to me. 🙂
What an adorable kitty picture today!! I agree, Kauai is the most beautiful place I’ve seen also!
It is indeed. I could spend a month there as long as I had a nice hotel room that looks out over the ocean. 🙂
aww what a cutie.Hugs!
I thought so too, Mike. l Hug to you and Celestine. 🙂
That kitten looks like it’s going to be quite the climber! More and more as I get older, I realize how much my parents had the biggest impact on who I am today. While I went astray for a while, I came back to loving the things they taught me to as a child. 🙂
They love to climb when they’re young. I so remember. Yes we don’t wander to far from the teaching of our parents. 🙂
That little kitten in the tree is soooooo adorable ~ and love your fillins ~Hawaii is beautiful ~ I enjoyed Kona ~
Xox to you dear one from me and Zoe ^_^
Happy Day to You,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
I liked Kona too. Hawaii is beautiful just about everywhere you go. Love and hugs back, Carol. Lovies to Ms. Zoe. 🙂
Precious… <3 xo
Precious is a good thing. Happy weekend, Bette. 🙂
Sandee, you find the cutest kittens. What do you suppose it wants to do up there?
🙂
this weeks questions:
1. I joined the Army in 1956.
2. I wish I’d asked Santa about fish being in his pond .
3. Growing up being inquisitive had the biggest impact on who I am today.
4. Hawaii is the most beautiful place I have ever been.
Have a nice weekend. :l 🙂
..
Thanks, Jim. Thanks for always playing along. 🙂
Cats in trees need to be careful, that is a cutie.
Hawaii is beautiful, indeed. Hope you are having a great weekend!
Yes they do. They are climers though. Hawaii is beautiful indeed. You have a great weekend too. 🙂
That’s a gorgeous kitty! <3
Thanks, Lauren. Happy Friday. 🙂
The kitty up the tree reminds me of the first time Kali climbed a tree to get away from a woofie. She was up the tree for hours! She finally decided to come down pointing downwards instead of turning around and going backwards down. Well, it was a hairy climb down but she made it. She always came down backwards from then on. he he
Your fill-ins were perfect. I see you are a year younger than me.
Jean
Yikes on going down head first. Backwards is the way to go. We are the same age pretty much. Just saying. 🙂
The kitten in the tree should climb some around here and tell me if those webworms are tasty. All our trees are full of their disgusting webs. TW sez in those days parents didn’t know about the birds and bees. I didn’t think anyone was born before they were. Whoa! I bet you wear it better.
I’m guessing you’re right about the parents not knowing about the birds and the bees. Hadn’t thought of that, but they sure knew more than we kids did. Have a great weekend, Cathy. 🙂
Sweet little kitten! Careful what you wish for, my mom did the birds and bees talk and I was so glad I had already learned about it in school or I would have been really confused – MOL!
Bwahahahahaha. Well there is that. We kids did talk. Some of it wasn’t correct, but we got through it. 🙂
love that kitty!!! Yet another thing we have in common: Kauai, Hawaii !!!!!!! Lenny and I honeymooned there when we were married…it is on our bucket list to go back. I agree that it is beyond beautiful………..I love that it isn’t as commercial as the other Islands. Oh I wish I were there NOW!! xoxo
Hubby and I last visited in 2012. It’s my favorite island. It’s so lush and you’re right it’s not as commercial as the other islands. 🙂
I no longer have a feline but I did get to spend the day with Little Rat Boy while his mom and dad are away. He’s here now looking like roadkill passed out on his favorite toy.
Here are this weeks questions:
1. I joined __the army of kids who thought they could write for Mad Magazine in the 70s.
2. I wish I’d asked _my Aunt Flossie about the time she spent in burlesque and if that was code for “stripper.”
3. My Aunt Flossie__had the biggest impact on who I am today.
4. The inside of a child’s mind is the most beautiful place I have ever been.
Thanks for playing along. I love the Aunt Flossie part the best. I wonder. 🙂
What a little cutie that kitten is. I love how it’s peeping around that branch. 🙂
I like your answers, especially for #4. Kauai is most definitely an amazingly beautiful place!
Thank you for hosting, Sandee. Hope you’re having a great weekend!
Kevin
Today is my birthday so it will be a special day. Hubby always makes sure of that.
Thanks for joining the fun, Kevin. 🙂
Yippee! Happy birthday, my friend!
Thank you, Kevin. 🙂
Oh my goodness the kitty is precious-cute-fun.
I joined the crew in my church to serve homeless people food monthly.
I wish I’d asked my Grandma more about her young adult life.
My grandma had the biggest impact on who I am today.
Rome is the most beautiful place I have ever been.
Thanks for playing along. I had a great grandmother too. A jewel. Have a great day and week. 🙂
Love the Kitty photo! I joined the human race in `61 ((Hugs))
What a precious climbing kitty! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I really like how you cleverly answered #1. I also like how you answered #3, an it’s so true!
Thank you for co-hosting the fun. I enjoy doing this meme each week. 🙂
