Awww — Sooo cute, Sandee. Our library has at least five duck families around it. I was watching from the window when the parents were walking their family out near the edge of the little lake there. The mothers had every one of each’s own well under control. The fathers seemed to be ambivalent. None ventured into the water while was watching.

Your choice reminds me of a moment I had with my foster kitten the other day. I let the four week old boy follow his mother around the room for a bit (they are normally contained in a basket) and he just followed her around and did what she did
