They do indeed. We don’t have any in our area, but when we were in Indiana there were many. 🙂

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a swan out of the water. Guess I haven’t spent much time observing, LOL. They are really beautiful, graceful birds. Thanks for hosting.

swans are graceful but most unfriendly. In the UK, the monarch owns all the swans regardless of where they are.
Birds can be very mean. We watch them fight all the time. 🙂

That’s a pretty picture, and yet I once was chased by a swan that took a dislike to me, although I was in a group of 30 people. I wasn’t the nearest, and I did nothing to encourage such behavior, but there you go. 😉
