Beautiful mare and foal. I love to watch the foals with their long gangly legs flying out all over the place as they run.
They have a bit of trouble getting up after birth, but it doesn’t take long for their legs work. 🙂
Oh my, that horse reminds me of one my cousin had when I was growing up. Her name was Buttercup. (the horse, not my cousin…lol)
I love horses and used to ride for a bit in my youth. Such fun. 🙂

Great way to begin a week… and I’m thinking it will be quite a week… it has to be since it began with the clock leaping time, and it will include St. Patrick’s day, something called Holi, a full moon and end in Spring Equinox! I don’t know if one little week could get more jam-packed!
