    What a lovely little downy friend! Young ducklings and chicks are adorable. The photo reminds me when I was little how my baby brother and I would chase after the diddies (baby chicks). Does anyone use the word ‘diddy’ instead of chicks? That’s what I grew up calling them. I guess my grandparents or someone referred to them as such and that’s why I called them that, too. 🙂 Thanks for hosting and I want to give you special thanks for your encouragement last month while tackling the A to Z Challenge. You’re the best, my friend! Have an awwwesome Monday!

I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say.       I always wait for the babies to show up. This past weekend we saw lots of babies of the Canadian geese at the marina. They are most cute too. Scritches all around and a smooch to Marv. Big hug to mom too. 🙂
