What cute little ducklings. Someone just posted the other day about finding a duckling in their pool.

There is nothing quite like a mother’s love. There is a local park that always seems to have families of ducks or geese each year and they are always “Aww” inspiring. Have a blessed week.

    • Sandee says:

Me too. We have to go to the boat today because we need to visit someone that was just placed in Hospice. We hope to see some ducklings on our visit. 🙂

Being so close to the river we get to see ducks all the time. Especially seeing the families are so adorable waddling accross the street. We don’t get to see them too close to the house, but it has happened and in our park. I’m about 5 or 6 blocks from the Fox River. Anyway, my doctor is about to call so I better make sure everything is ready. Have a wonderful day my pretty & be healthy & be safe. Luv ya

    • Sandee says:

I hope you can get in to see the doctor and get your issues addressed. I love ducks. I love birds. So adorable. Love you, Marie. 🙂

    Sandee,

Every time I see a mama duck with her babies I think of the children’s story, ‘MAKE WAY FOR DUCKLINGS’ by Robert McCloskey. That’s such a sweet story and the illustrations are fabulous! Have an awwwesome Monday, my friend!

ok….while yes they ARE “Awww” worthy……………we have soooooooooooooooooooo many baby ducks/geese waddling around here they are almost commonplace for us! MOL!! But…….they are still cute……..but that goose poop has GOT to go! MOL! xoxo

  10. The OP Pack says:

Along the trail where we walk, Timber and Mom spotted a family of ducks, about 8 wee ones. Then there was a family of bunnies in our front yard this morning – we let them know from inside that they were trespassing!!! They may be cute but not in our kingdom:)

Awww, how sweet and precious. We saw a duck paddling down an irrigation ditch over the weekend, even did a double take since I’ve never seen any there before. Makes me smile that wildlife can survive in the city.
