Walkways in aquariums are impressive, but they’ve got nothing on this underwater hotel bedroom in the Maldives. Can you imagine waking up with the Indian Ocean and its sea life floating around you?

That is very cool. I don’t know if I could sleep there. I would be up all night worrying about it springing a leak.

I’m not sure I could either, but I’d sure try. 🙂

I think I’d feel like a fishie in the water, Sandee😸Pawkisses for a wonderful day🐾😽💞

I think you’re be trying to catch those fish too. You’d have a great time, Little Binky. You have a purrfect day. 🙂

  3. February 13, 2019 3:23 am at 3:23 am

    Sandee,

It’s funny you should share this picture. Yesterday I came across one similar to this and thought, no thank you. I’m good without having tons of water over my head. How do you sleep without fear of the glass cracking? That would drive me insane…ahh more crazy than I already am! 🙂 I get the hebbie-gebbies walking under the glass tanks at the aquarium. I wouldn’t make a good sailor or naval man. 🙂 Thanks for hosting the mid-week fun, my freind!

      February 13, 2019 1:09 pm at 1:09 pm

I think I’d worry about the glass cracking too. I could never be in a submarine either. I’ll pass. Happy Wednesday, Cathy. 🙂

  4. February 13, 2019 3:25 am at 3:25 am

That would be amazing! But I probably wouldn’t get a wink of sleep cause I’d keep staring out at the fish.

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 1:54 pm at 1:54 pm

That would make two of us. I’m not sure I could even sleep in there. 🙂

  5. February 13, 2019 3:33 am at 3:33 am

Wow! That’s brilliant It would take getting used to but I think I would love it 🙂

    Have a fishytastic WWS ➡

PS: Thanks for adding me each week much appreciated Sandee 😉

You’re most welcome for the add each week, Steve. You do the same for me and thank you for that. 🙂

  6. February 13, 2019 3:53 am at 3:53 am

That would be a bit weird and maybe claustrophobic, but cool at the same time. Mom says in Tahiti, she stayed in a room with a clear floor and the sea was under the room. She enjoyed that.

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 1:06 pm at 1:06 pm

I agree with you. I love that room. I’d love to stay there. Wow. 🙂

  7. February 13, 2019 4:29 am at 4:29 am

Not sure if I want stay in a room like this! Especially after watching the movie The Meg!

    Happy WW, Sandee!

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 1:06 pm at 1:06 pm

I’ve not seen that movie. I’m guessing I don’t want to either. Happy WW to you too. 🙂

  8. February 13, 2019 4:35 am at 4:35 am

That is SO cool! I might be a little nervous at first, but I would totally stay there if given the opportunity. Happy Wordless Wednesday, Sandee! Thank you, as always, for hosting! 🙂

      February 13, 2019 1:05 pm at 1:05 pm

I’d be a lot nervous, but I’d give it a go. You’re welcome on the hosting. Happy Wednesday. 🙂

  9. February 13, 2019 5:19 am at 5:19 am

Wow, I don’t know if I would enjoy this. It’s making me seasick just looking at the picture. LOL ((Hugs))

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 1:04 pm at 1:04 pm

Oh my, being seasick is not a good thing. Hugs back. 🙂

It would be lots of fun to lay on that bed and watch the fishes!

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 1:02 pm at 1:02 pm

Yes it would. I think I would rather be awake while in there though. 🙂

  14. February 13, 2019 6:27 am at 6:27 am

Not sure if I would like that or not. But it might be interesting to watch the fish swim around.
Sandee, you and Zane have a fantastic day.

    February 13, 2019 6:41 am at 6:41 am

Yep….since I used to love to have an aquarium and turn off the lights looking into it I think I would like this. Not for more than a couple of days but yes….I think I would like.

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 12:59 pm at 12:59 pm

It would be quite the experience. 🙂

  19. February 13, 2019 7:04 am at 7:04 am

As much as I like the idea, I think my mild claustrophobia would kick into hyper-drive. But I love walking through the tunnel at our local aquarium. Nice image!

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 12:58 pm at 12:58 pm

I’m probably going to feel about the same. I know I’m claustrophobic. Too bad. 🙂

  24. February 13, 2019 7:46 am at 7:46 am

Hi Sandee, how WOW! is that? Not sure I’d be totally comfortable surrounded by so much water for too long but would happily sit and enjoy a moment or two taking it all in.

    xx

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 12:56 pm at 12:56 pm

I think we should all go together to see how we feel in there and then figure out if we want to stay the night. 🙂

  25. February 13, 2019 7:50 am at 7:50 am

    Now that is a WATERBED!!!
I cannot even imagine sleeping there but I sure would love walking thru an aquarium with the fishes swimming around me.
    Hugs Cecilia

      February 13, 2019 12:55 pm at 12:55 pm

  26. February 13, 2019 7:54 am at 7:54 am

WOW! I love it. I would have no problem staying in this room or whatever you call this. I wonder how it would feel if a shark or sharks were to slide by you as you sit there. LOL See ya Sandee.

Incredible image and amazing concept but I’m just not sure I would be comfortable spending the night. It does give a whole new meaning to “Sleeping with the fishes.” Have a blessed week.

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 12:52 pm at 12:52 pm

That makes two of us. I’d have to go in and see how I feel. If it’s something I could tolerate it would be an awesome experience. 🙂

    Hi Sandee!
    Happy Wednesday My Friend
I would love to visit this hotel. I’m sure it’s way over my budget but if I could afford it I would stay an entire weekend and not sleep a wink. lol
    Have a great week

You’re a risk taker so I knew you’d go. It’s way over my budget too. It has to be expensive. You have a great week too, Mary. 🙂

That looks pretty, but I’d never want to be there, as I have a fish phobia. They all freak me out! I even avoid fish tanks in the pet store.
Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday! <3

  36. February 13, 2019 11:44 am at 11:44 am

An underwater hotel… wow!! This is incredibly impressive & what a beautiful place to stay, I can imagine that would be incredibly grounding & relaxing (unless of course you’re worried about cracks in glass…) xx

    • Sandee
      February 13, 2019 12:46 pm at 12:46 pm

It’s beautiful isn’t it. I’ll bet is costs an arm and a leg. 🙂

  37. February 13, 2019 12:33 pm at 12:33 pm

That is so very beautiful, but Mom says she gets freaked out every time she goes into an exhibit like that. We think she has an underwaterphobia:)

Wow, I’m the 13th person to like your stuff and I was born on the 13th day of the month. hmmm Connection? hmmmm hehehe HI GIRLFRIEND! How’s goin’? I like those aquariums where you can walk under the water so to speak. Been in two I think, but not lately. Remember, I think, JAWS III where the giant shark crashed thru the glass to eat the people!

    • Sandee

I remember Jaws back in the day. It scared me to pieces. Now it’s cheesy. 🙂
