Annie of McGuffy’s Reader is hosting Sparks, an inspirational and positive thought for the week link-up, every Monday.

“The negative energy in the world has become thick and oppressive. Social media has become a part of this dark, negative storm. There is an obvious universal need for more positive energy. And, we can all be part of this affirmative change.” ~ McGuffy Ann Morris

I truly believe that everything that we do and everyone that we meet is put in our path for a purpose. There are no accidents; we’re all teachers – if we’re willing to pay attention to the lessons we learn, trust our positive instincts and not be afraid to take risks or wait for some miracle to come knocking at our door. Some lessons are easier to pay attention to than others πŸ™‚

Everyone can teach us something if we pay attention. Thanks for the reminder!

Many people never pay attention. They are too busy with other things. πŸ™‚

I BELIEVE THIS. Yes, some people come into our lives and stay. Some are lessons learned. Some are lessons taught. But, everything happens for reasons. We need to pay attention and learn our lessons well. P.S. I remember Marla Gibbs, too. Thank you for the Sparks. Hugs, my friend.

I truly believe this also, there is a reason for everyone we meet to be in our lives no matter how briefly, sometimes that brief meeting is a learning or teaching moment if we only pay attention.

It's the paying attention that some folks miss out on. That's a whole lot of wonderful things they are missing. πŸ™‚

Yes, great advice. So often people don't learn anything and perpetuate hate and negativity. I'm hoping for change. Either that or a big smack upside the head! πŸ™‚
