Silly Sunday

Silly Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs. The rules are simple, just have fun.

This is a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and have a laugh or two in the process. Here is how it works: Laugh and Link Up!

Health Issues We Should All Address:

Do you ever have feelings of inadequacy?

Have you ever suffered from shyness?

Do you sometimes wish you were more assertive?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist about Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cabernet Sauvignon is the safe, natural way to feel better and more confident about yourself and your actions. It can help ease you out of your shyness and let you tell the world that you’re ready and willing to do just about anything.

You will notice the benefits of Cabernet Sauvignon almost immediately and, with a regimen of regular doses, you can overcome any obstacles that prevent you from living the life you want to live.

Shyness and awkwardness will be a thing of the past and you will discover many talents you never knew you had.. Stop hiding and start living.

Cabernet Sauvignon may not be right for everyone. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not use it. However, women who wouldn’t mind nursing or becoming pregnant are encouraged to try it.

Side effects may include:
Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, incarceration, loss of motor control, loss of clothing, loss of money, loss of virginity, delusions of grandeur, table dancing, headache, dehydration, dry mouth, and a desire to sing Karaoke and play all-night rounds of Strip Poker, Truth Or Dare, and Naked Twister.

The consumption of Cabernet Sauvignon may make you think you are whispering when you are not.

The consumption of Cabernet Sauvignon may cause you to tell your friends over and over again that you love them.

The consumption of Cabernet Sauvignon may cause you to think you can sing.

The consumption of Cabernet Sauvignon may create the illusion that you are tougher, smarter and better looking than most people.

Please feel free to share this important information with as many people as you feel it may benefit!

Now, just imagine what you could achieve with a good Shiraz.

Sweetie takes one glass of this every night with dinner, and while i can't say i've seen any of the side effects, it certainly makes him feel better every evening.

Have a blessed and beautiful Sunday!

    • August 13, 2017 3:25 pm at 3:25 pm

Many people have a glass with dinner. It does help the digestion. πŸ™‚

I knew I should start on the wine early in the morning. Thanks for that good advice. Sandee, you and Zane have a fabulous day.

    • August 13, 2017 3:25 pm at 3:25 pm

I can't do any alcohol in the mornings. Kind of ruins my day if you have those bloody mary's with the brunch. πŸ™‚

    thanks for the grin

    • August 13, 2017 3:26 pm at 3:26 pm

I thought it was pretty cute too. πŸ™‚

  6. August 13, 2017 6:26 am at 6:26 am

That is too funny, love the side effects πŸ™‚ Have a great day!

    • August 13, 2017 3:26 pm at 3:26 pm

Yep, some of them are awesome and others not so much. πŸ™‚

Classic satire! Well done and accurate.

    • August 13, 2017 3:26 pm at 3:26 pm

We've all been there at one time or another. Mine was long ago. πŸ™‚

  8. August 13, 2017 8:08 am at 8:08 am

Somehow this reminds me of the TV ads for various medications I have seen! The side effects here had me burst out laughing! πŸ˜€ I hope you have been having a great weekend, dear Sandee! Warm hugs.

    • August 13, 2017 3:27 pm at 3:27 pm

Yep, these side effects are for real and I've done most of them back in my younger years. πŸ™‚

We will risk the side effects for this lovely remedy

    • August 13, 2017 3:27 pm at 3:27 pm

I'm guessing many still do this. Me rarely anymore. πŸ™‚

  10. August 13, 2017 8:44 am at 8:44 am

I haven't laughed so loud in along time! Cheers!

    • August 13, 2017 3:28 pm at 3:28 pm

A good glass of wine is a good thing. We were lucky enough to share some very good wine with you and Russell last year. πŸ™‚

  11. August 13, 2017 11:53 am at 11:53 am

Another side effect could be that it also makes you think you can dance (and the you look good doing it) πŸ˜‰ this was great!

    • August 13, 2017 3:28 pm at 3:28 pm

I've seen the dancing one many times. Some folks can dance and others can't. If you can't then you won't be able to when you're drinking. πŸ™‚

  12. August 13, 2017 12:21 pm at 12:21 pm

Make certain it is genuine Cabernet Sauvignon. Beware of wanna-bes like Bordeaux which contain impurities like Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

    • August 13, 2017 3:29 pm at 3:29 pm

Yes, we want the good stuff for the best side effects. πŸ™‚

  13. August 13, 2017 1:00 pm at 1:00 pm

lol. I'm definitely shy, so this is exactly what I needed to read today. πŸ™‚

    • August 13, 2017 3:29 pm at 3:29 pm

I thought this was very funny. Not the next morning for these folks, but the night they are having a great time. πŸ™‚

  14. August 13, 2017 6:53 pm at 6:53 pm

I would take this great advice, but I tend to fall asleep after a glass or two of wine.

    • August 14, 2017 7:00 am at 7:00 am

I hear you. Some people can drink and others not so much. It's a good thing. πŸ™‚

  15. August 13, 2017 8:28 pm at 8:28 pm

Great recommendation and love the side effects. I will be totally knocked out and snoring away! Ha ha!

    • August 14, 2017 7:00 am at 7:00 am

Me too, Nancy, me too. πŸ™‚

  16. August 13, 2017 11:21 pm at 11:21 pm

The pharmacist gave me a blank stare. He pointe to the liquor store down the road.

    • August 14, 2017 7:00 am at 7:00 am

See the pharmacist knows all about this. πŸ™‚

  17. August 14, 2017 10:24 am at 10:24 am

Do you need a prescription for that?

    • August 14, 2017 12:50 pm at 12:50 pm

Nope, you can just go pick up as much as you need. πŸ™‚
