I've always wanted to go there. I was disappointed that we didn't make it there when we did our cross-country camping trip. Maybe next time 🙂

    • July 13, 2016 at 11:19 am

It's worth the visit for sure Ellen. 🙂

  4. July 13, 2016 at 5:49 am

That's on my bucket list… I'm in Tennessee, so most of my vacations have been on this side of the country. That means there are SO many things I want to see out West…I need to just get an RV and make a month of it!

    • July 13, 2016 at 11:20 am

There are lots of wonderful things to do and see out west. 🙂

  5. July 13, 2016 at 5:52 am

I understand that the water is so hot it is dangerous but it is beautiful.

Have a blast of water and air Wednesday Sandee & Zane. See ya.

We waited about a half hour to see this and it was worth the wait. So powerful. 🙂

It's supposed to erupt into a ginormous earthquake that destroys the west. I heard this 20 years ago and still waiting.

    • July 13, 2016 at 7:23 am

Never fear, the gov't has taken on that job.

    • July 13, 2016 at 7:41 am

Jan, Yellowstone sits atop the caldera of a very large volcano that, if it erupts, can destroy the country. I never knew that there was danger of a ginormous earthquake, too. Sounds like a dangerous place to be.

    • July 13, 2016 at 11:25 am

I didn't know about an earthquake Jan, and eruption, but not an earthquake. 🙂

    • July 13, 2016 at 11:25 am

Kismet, the government is the big destroyer of all things. 🙂

    • July 13, 2016 at 11:26 am

Cube – this is what I remember too. It will wipe out most of the country, if not all. 🙂

    • July 13, 2016 at 1:58 pm

      Run, run awaaaay!

    • July 13, 2016 at 2:23 pm

To where cube, to where? 🙂

    • July 15, 2016 at 1:34 pm

      Mars?

    • July 15, 2016 at 2:07 pm

      Mars it is. 🙂

  10. July 13, 2016 at 7:22 am

Been there but didn't want to wait an hour for the next eruption.

    • July 13, 2016 at 11:27 am

Oh it was worth the wait. Spectacular. 🙂

  11. July 13, 2016 at 7:42 am

I've never been that far west. It's on my bucket list, though.
