A beautiful place. It would be nice to go to the mountains again someday.

    • June 16, 2016 at 7:24 am

It's most beautiful in the mountains. πŸ™‚

  5. June 15, 2016 at 4:33 am

Oh wow! That looks beautiful. I once dreamed of retiring to the Smokies…someone who lives there said, "You need a new dream." She said the traffic made it impossible to go anywhere, even on the back roads because all of the "regulars" had figured out they could go that way. Then I dreamed of retiring and living on the beach and was told that the insurance for houses that are beachfront is so outrageous, not many people can afford to live there. That's why it's mostly hotels now! So much for dreaming…

    • June 16, 2016 at 7:25 am

Dreaming is good. I love to dream, but we live where we live because we can afford it here. πŸ™‚

  6. June 15, 2016 at 4:35 am

That is one gorgeous picture. I wouldn't even mind just a tiny bit of snow right now to cool things off. Sandee, you and Zane have a fantastic day.

    • June 16, 2016 at 7:25 am

It was in the 70s when we where here last Sunday and Monday. Beautiful place Marg. πŸ™‚

I love the way you can see Mount Shasta from miles and miles away as you drive toward it. I'm with Cube. I like mountains from sea level.

    • June 16, 2016 at 7:29 am

I don't know how many miles you can see this mountain in both directions, but it's a very long way. Sea level viewing works for me too. πŸ™‚

  14. June 15, 2016 at 9:26 am
