There was a new CEO at a company who decided to fire all of the slackers. He finds a dude leaning on his desk and he thinks, “What the heck is he doing!?” So he walks up to the guy and says, “What the heck are you doing!?”

The guy says, “I’m waiting to get paid.”

The CEO says, “OK, how much do you get paid in a week?”

The guy says, “About $300.”

The CEO gives the guy $1200, and says, “Now go away and never come back!” The guy leaves.

The CEO says, “Will someone please tell me what the heck I just did!?”

An employee says, “You just tipped the pizza man $1200.”

Well I was impressed with the fact that he wanted to fire all the slackers but I think he should work on learning who his employees are first πŸ™‚

I guess it just never occurred to the CEO to ask, "Who are you and what do you do for this company?" Oh well, live and learn. Have a blessed day.

  24. May 12, 2016 at 4:45 am

Even though this is a joke, the reality of this era is that many bosses have no idea who are the people who are working under them.

    • May 12, 2016 at 5:58 am

This is very true. They don't care either. A sad thing. πŸ™‚
