Silly Sunday

Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs. The rules are simple, just have fun.

This is a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and have a laugh or two in the process. Here is how it works: Laugh and Link Up!

Inner Peace:

If you can start the day without caffeine,

If you can always be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains,

If you can resist complaining and boring people with your troubles,

If you can eat the same food every day and be grateful for it,

If you can understand when your loved ones are too busy to give you any time,

If you can take criticism and blame without resentment,

If you can conquer tension without medical help,

If you can relax without alcohol,

If you can sleep without the aid of drugs,

Then you are probably the family dog!

And you thought I was going to get all spiritual…

Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can’t eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away!

Inner Peace sounds kinda boring. A little conflict adds color to life.

Good ones! Although there are a few dogs that never seem to conquer tension…especially when their owners leave for the day!

    • December 13, 2015 at 4:46 pm

This is true, but if they are with their masters they are most content. πŸ™‚

I nearly stopped reading after the first line, knowing you knocked me out of the running at that point. Then, just for grins, I read all the way through to see if there was a single line I could claim. Nope. I agree about the cat comment above too. Now THEY can gripe with the best.

    • December 13, 2015 at 4:48 pm

Yes they can and I've had many cats. Bless their hearts. πŸ™‚
