Valentine Cards

A guy walks into a post office one day to see a middle-aged, balding man standing at the counter methodically placing “Love” stamps on bright pink envelopes with hearts all over them. He then takes out a perfume bottle and starts spraying scent all over them.

His curiosity getting the better of him, he goes up to the balding man and asks him what he is doing.

The man says, “I’m sending out 1,000 Valentine cards signed, ‘Guess who?'”

“But why?” asks the man.

“I’m a divorce lawyer,” the man replies.

So about $450 in postage plus the cards, the mileage to the card store and post office and his time, of course… all for about what they charge per hour foe 1 client?

    Sounds about right.

PS. Don't open any perfumed bright pink envelopes with hearts all over them. Ever. either one of you. πŸ™‚

    You're welcome. xoxo

That ploy wouldn't work here anyway. Neither of us would fall for this one. πŸ™‚

Attorney's are a joke in many places. Just look at our federal government. Most of them are attorney's. πŸ™‚

This one brought back memories of letters I used to send to Vietnam—the perfume and hearts part. πŸ™‚

LOL…good idea! My husband said a divorce attorney should start targeting all the Ashley Madison spouses!

I don't care for the scented letters either, but they were all the rage back in the day. πŸ™‚

Now that's a mass mailing marketing strategy! However, if the husbands uncover the plot, he's going to need an undertaker.

    • August 27, 2015 at 6:21 am

Maybe he got his contact list from Ashley Madison. πŸ˜‰

    • August 27, 2015 at 9:50 am

Yep, and there are the wives that could catch on to this too. πŸ˜‰

    • August 27, 2015 at 9:51 am

Oh there is a gold mine there. Ashley Madison that is. πŸ™‚
